About the Sources de l’Ancre Wind Farm
The Sources de l’Ancre wind farm is located in the municipality of Miraumont, in the Somme department (80). Commissioned in 2019, it comprises 7 turbines with a total installed capacity of 23.1 MW.
This site produces the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of 22,400* residents. Thanks to this installation, nearly 2,100* tonnes of CO₂ are avoided each year. This project is fully aligned with Boralex’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition across the region.
