About the Seuil de Bapaume Wind Farm
The Seuil de Bapaume Extension wind farm is located in the municipalities of Sailly-Saillisel and Le Transloy, in the Somme department (80). Commissioned in 2020, it comprises 5 turbines with a total installed capacity of 17.3 MW.
This site produces the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of 11,200* residents. Thanks to this installation, nearly 350* tonnes of CO₂ are avoided each year. This project is fully aligned with Boralex’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition across the region.
