About the Fortel-Bonnières Wind Farm

The Fortel-Bonnières wind farm is located in the municipality of Fortel-en-Artois, in the Pas-de-Calais department (62). Commissioned in 2014, it consists of 8 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 22.8 MW.

This site produces the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of 26,000* residents. Thanks to this installation, nearly 2,400* tonnes of CO₂ emissions are avoided each year. This project is fully aligned with Boralex’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition across the region.
