The Project in Detail
Boralex’s presence in the Audomarois region began with the establishment of its headquarters in Blendecques. This local presence was reinforced by the development and commissioning, in September 2024, of five wind turbines in the municipality of Helfaut, forming the wind farm of the same name.
Through its development, this wind farm allowed us to study a promising area and confirm, during its first year of operation, all the potential identified in previous studies. Building on these results, we approached the municipalities of Ecques and Heuringhem to harness the energy potential of their territory.
