About the Saint-François Wind Farm

The Saint-François wind farm is located across the municipalities of Villiers-lès-Roye, Gorencourt, Andechy, and Damery, in the Somme department (80). Commissioned in 2015, it comprises 8 turbines with a total installed capacity of 22.8 MW.

This site produces the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of 23,300* residents. Thanks to this installation, nearly 2,200* tonnes of CO₂ are avoided each year. This project is fully aligned with Boralex’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition across the region.
