About the Vron Wind Farm

Located in the heart of the Somme, the Vron wind farm reflects Boralex’s commitment to sustainable renewable energy. Comprising 4 turbines, it has a total capacity of 8 MW.

Since its commissioning in 2013, it has met the annual electricity needs of 9,400* residents. In addition to its energy performance, the site helps avoid 870* tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year, further strengthening its positive environmental impact.
