About the Pannecé Wind Farm

The Pannecé wind farm is located across the municipalities of Riaillé, Pannecé, and Vallons-de-l’Erdre, in the Loire-Atlantique department (44). Commissioned in 2010, it consists of 9 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 18 MW.

This site produces the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of 16,600* residents. Thanks to this installation, nearly 1,600* tonnes of CO₂ emissions are avoided each year. This project is fully aligned with Boralex’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition in the region.
