About the Côte-de-Beaupré Wind Farm
The Côte-de-Beaupré Wind Farm is a 24 MW community project developed in partnership by the Côte-de-Beaupré RCM and Boralex within the Seigneurie de Beaupré Wind Farms, located on the Séminaire de Québec private lands. Nearly 50 % of the revenues generated by this site will be paid to the Côte-de-Beaupré RCM. They will amount to an average of $800,000 per year thought the operation period.
- The Seigneurie de Beaupré wind farms include 3 sites totalling 365 MW of installed capacity, which makes them the largest wind project in Canada to this day.
