About the Les Cents Mencaudées Wind Farm

After nearly 10 years of development, the Les Cent Mencaudées wind farm began construction in July 2025. Five wind turbines, each reaching 149.5 meters at blade tip, are being installed in the municipality of Solesmes.

Once commissioned in July 2026, the wind farm and its electricity production will supply power annually to nearly 22,700 people*—the equivalent of 70% of the city of Cambrai—while reducing CO₂ emissions by more than 2,000 tonnes.
