1. www.cds.ca
2. Select "Products and Services"
3. Under "Services available to Non-Subscribers", click on "Limited Partnership and Income Trusts Reporting"
4. Select "Display Information Received Today" (located at the bottom right of the screen)

Your broker has the responsability to send you the T3 and R16 tax forms by March 31st. Please contact your broker if you do not receive your tax forms.
