Control centre
The Kingsey Falls natural gas-fired cogeneration plant and the hydroelectric power stations are controlled via the first ultra-modern control centre of its type, located in Kingsey Falls.

It makes it possible to:
• manage its network of power stations by long-distance telephone-line links;
• ensure permanent, efficient and cost-effective control of operations.

In 2003, we continued to strengthen our organization by integrating management information systems to handle electronic remote control of our european sites from the Blendecques power station and by providing ourselves with an expert, independent team that now includes about ten specialized employees.

The state-of-the-art technology of the control centre contributes in particular to reduce the risks of breakdowns, reduce maintenance costs and to integrate future projects.
